Nora Jayne (Ruetten) Williams, 64 passed away peacefully on April 11th ,2024 at Grand Prairie Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Kenosha to the parents of Bernard W & Frances (Dissmore) Ruetten Sr. They preceded her in death along with her two brothers Bernard W. Jr (Buddy) and Benny. She is survived by her son Jacob W Ruetten who sat by her side every day at Grand Prairie, her daughter Katie Jayne Ruetten , her granddaughter Hailey Jayne Ruetten whom she raised since she was about three years old. She is also survived by her three grandchildren whom she so longed to see. And seen them just before she passed. What a blessing they are, Jamie, Sybrina and Zachery Brown. Nora is further survived by six of her siblings, Bryon (Lydia), Brandon, LuAnn, Barry, Brent, Karen and numerous cousins.
Nora will be forever grateful for Dulcie Schoff (cousin), Stephanie Shubert (dear friend), Tovah Paura (dear friend) who helped take care of Nora, visited her, took her to doctor’s appointments, shopping, helped with her yard, took her out to eat and helped in the care of Hailey.
She was also very thankful that her Uncle Lloyd Dissmore brought them (Nora & Hailey) into his home for a few years, when she and Hailey had nowhere to go.
Nora enjoyed playing games on her computer, taking care of her beautiful plants, going outside when she was able, watching the Chicago Bears and when Hailey was in dance , to proudly watch her performances.
Nora so wants Hailey, Jamie, Sybrina, and Zachery to go to school so that someday they can make something of themselves.
Nora was deeply loved, and she will be missed. She did the best she could with what she had.
She asked Jesus into her heart and asked for forgiveness not to long before she passed. She is in the arms of Jesus and would hope that you would know him too.

Her Celebration of Life will be April 23, 2024 at 5pm at
Fellowship Baptist Church
