Pedro Vazquez, 58, of Kenosha passed away on the 20th of August , 2023 at Froedtert Milwaukee Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Pedro was born on September 8, 1964, in Brooklyn, NY, the son of the late Pedro and Awilda (Marquez) Vazquez. He was educated in the schools of New York and Puerto Rico. Pedro married Migdalia Rivera on December 5, 2005, in Virginia. He was a member of the United States Navy during the years of 1983-1988. He was also a member of the USS Emory S Land AS 39 & USS Independence CV-62. Pedro was self-employed as an accountant for many years. His hobbies included riding his bicycle, playing with Lego cars, wheelchair tennis, enjoyed art, going on adventures but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family especially with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Migdalia Vazquez of Kenosha; children, Kristina (Chase Jensen) Flores of Winnebago, Daniel (Maria) Gawronski of NJ, Monica (Logan) Dean of VA, Keishla Perez of Kenosha, Shirley (Cesar Sanabria) Rivera of Kenosha, Kidanny Rosa of Kenosha; brother, Juan (Ivelisse) Ortiz of Peru; sisters, Ileana (Chaz) Connell of TX, Idsia Vazquez of Puerto Rico, Laisa (Ray) Vazquez of Puerto Rico; also included are his 16 grandchildren. Pedro was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial gathering will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Friday September 8, 2023, from 5:00PM-7:00PM.
