Phyllis A. Dibble, 89, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Hospice Alliance Hospice House.
She was born on January 3, 1936 to the late Frank and Lucille (Pluchak) Duberstine in Elkhorn. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School.
On August 12, 1961 she married Thomas A. Dibble in Kenosha. He preceded her in death on August 26, 2016.
Phyllis worked in the office at AMC/Chrysler for 30 years, retiring in 1987.
Phyllis was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Phyllis loved gardening, planting flowers, pickling and canning her vegetables. She loved cooking and making candy, over 400 pounds at Christmas and Easter time. She enjoyed computer games and going up north snowmobiling with family and friends.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter Lucy (Eric) Huebner, her sisters Joanne Rugg, Roberta Anderson, Donna Dezoma and Mary Williams and many cherished nieces and nephews.
Phyllis is preceded in death by two brothers William and Richard Duberstine and a sister Linda Kluck.
Funeral Services for Phyllis will be held on Wednesday, February 19th at 1:00 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Private burial will take place at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
