Roger J. Willems, 85, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, with his brother Gene by his side, Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Kenosha Senior Living.
He was born on June 13, 1938 to the late John L. and Virginia (Whyteford) Willems in Kenosha. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha.
Roger worked as a parts chaser for Johnson Motors for 17 years, then for North Shore Vault Co. or 14 years and then at the Dog Track for several years.
Roger was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #286.
Roger was an Elvis fanatic. He was very artistic and enjoyed drawing cartoons and building model airplanes. A few of his other hobbies were JB, and Bud.
Roger is survived by his brother Gene C. Willems, a sister Patricia Piedot, five nieces and 3 nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister Nancy DenBoer.
Funeral Services for Roger will be held on Thursday, January 18th at 1:00 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service.
