Ms. Saundra Kaye Young, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at Clairidge House Nursing Home, Kenosha WI.
She was born August 8, 1958 in Illinois to the late Mr. Jerry C. Sr and Mrs. Lucille W. (Nee: Garrett) Young Saundra Kaye moved with her family to Racine, WI where she received her formal education at Washington Park High School and studied Nursing at Gateway Technical Institute. She held various jobs over the years in Housekeeping and as a CNA.
Saundra Kaye leaves behind three sisters, Sherri Beth, Linnea and Kathleen “Cap” Young; one brother, Tracy (Deborah) Young and two very special oldest nephews and nieces that were like her younger siblings, Hanief “Pookie” Young, Omar (Nakina) Young, Khalilah “Kila” Young and Tracee “Rachelle” Lewis- Young (Rex ) and many more nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and godmother Mae Lois Bowden. Saundra Kaye had a great love for music, her favorite group was Earth Wind & Fire she loved going out enjoying herself spending time with friends.
Saundra Kaye was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry C. Sr and Lucille W. Young; her brothers, Jerry Jr, and Kenneth; and infant sister, Marilyn.
