In the early morning hours of August 19, 2022, Tammy Brennan (62) was called home. She is missed beyond words, especially by her loving husband of 42 years and best friend Peder (Pete) Brennan.
Tammy was born on March 5, 1960 to the late Dale and Judith (Frederick) Mueller.
She was a 1978 Tremper High School graduate. Her first job was at Roosevelt Theater, followed by Six Flags Great America and Montgomery Wards where she met Pete. They were united in marriage on January 26, 1980, and from that day forward they built a lifetime of love and friendship.
Tammy lived by “family is everything”. Her 4 children, Joshua (Kathy) Brennan, Boston; Andrew (Andrea) Brennan, Chicago; Sarah (Nick) Gordon, Kenosha; and Jason (Rachel) Brennan, Kenosha share many beautiful memories. She especially treasured being Nana to her 6 grandchildren: Zoe, Elijah & Owen Brennan and Emily, George & Theodore Gordon.
She was a dedicated employee working 30+ years at Pick N Save and is also known for her vast collection of Hello Kitty, sewing skills, and crafting projects.
Small but mighty, she fought to the very end. Dance and sing freely now to your favorite 80s music—we’ll be listening!
In her next life she is welcomed by her father Dale and in-laws James and Lucille Brennan.
In addition to her kids and grandkids, she is further survived by her mother Judy, Kenosha, sister Lori (Rick) Cushman, Madison, brother Brent (Polly) Mueller, Racine, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation for Tammy will be held on Friday, August 26th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Bruch Funeral Home. A Memorial Mass will be held and on Saturday, August 27th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Church 2223 – 51 Street, Kenosha. A special thank you to her care team doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and hospice for their loving and compassionate care given to Tammy.
