Thomas J. Zaremba, 77, of Kenosha, previously of Mundelein, passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021, at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee.
Born in Chicago, on January 24, 1944, he was the son of the late Aloysious and Veronica (Lipinski) Zaremba.
On November 30, 1963, he married Linda Batteau in Mundelein.
Tom was a machinist for many years and was employed at Bauer Equipment and Supply Co. until his retirement in 2011. He was an active member at Gracepointe Church. There he was an Elder, part of the Men of the Noble Task, and served as a leader for alpha groups, bible study groups, and memorization groups.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Linda; two daughters, Tamara (William) Guthrie and Laura (Jeffrey) Sindles; eight grandchildren, Jonathan (Katie), Jack, Sabrina, Adam, Jessica, Benjamin, Brian, and Will; and two siblings, Aloysious (Joanne) Zaremba, Jr. and Alyce (Marlies) Gilbertsen. He is further survived by loving nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Aside from his parents, Tom was preceded in death by a sister, Diane.
